We want to create a movement and a great project in Iran. We want to bring all scientists, engineers, technologists, applied scientists, researchers, academics, research and development, commercialization, Corporations, and headquarters to Iran between Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea. The cost of research and other activities must be financed by others. Iran does not pay for the cost. Also America, Europe, China, Japan, and all others must provide scientific insturmentations, insturmentations, computational equipments, hardwares, equipment, Dastgah, technology, scientific equipments, questions, ideas, techniques, polytechniqies, polymath, polymath polytechniques, and other hardwares and experts for these scientific projects in Iran. Iranian scientists and experts must return to Iran to lead or work within this scientific movement and project. Also all best foreign scientists and engineers must also come to Iran.
